about
Health Mobile is a non-profit clinic on wheels that aims to provide easy-to-access, basic healthcare to underserved communities. Its website and mobile app addresses significant patient stressors, such as complex scheduling platforms, indirect provider communication, and lack of access to basic health services. Patients are able to locate and schedule appointments at their nearest Health Mobile, send/receive direct messages from their providers, and have access to their patient charts and medical history.

UX/UI

sitemap
A sitemap was created to provide a smooth and seamless user experience and demonstrates the architecture of both the website and app, which have similar structures. This sitemap also served as the backbone of mobile app's low fidelity wireframes, which were refined through usability testing.

Soft hues of blue and a primarily white background were chosen to invoke a sense of calm and approachability in an often stressful industry. Iconography is used extensively throughout the website and app to help users locate the links they are looking for upon a quick glance.
